Load cells :

a) The load pins

a full range of standard (readily available) or custom-made load pins, for which single end or double (shear) axles are proposed. SENSY’S axles are available in various possible configurations : provided with oil holes (for lubrication purposes) a totally welded and waterproof (IP68), double Wheatstone bridge, (redundant execution) material and testing certification, ultrasonic testing, EEx ia IIC T6 execution, integrated electronics 0 – 10 Volts, 4-20 mA, or RS 232 and RS 485. High temperature, radio-active environment resistance... (all those options are available on all the other load cells as well) This solution offers the possibility to replace existing axles or shafts on a crane by a force measuring load pin. Therefore no mechanical change or reduction of lifting height, has to be anticipated.

b) The load cells on cable

The most qualitative and economical solution is the load cell "on cable". This solution is really the most effective one. Installation time is reduced to a minimum. Only two screws are to be positioned with one electronic load limiter MARK "E" (as described on this site). This presents the most economical solution based on a flexible and reliable technology.

c) The tension load cells

If a higher level of accuracy is required and the relative "loss" of lifting height is acceptable, these tension load cells are definitively the most optimum solution for you.

d) The other load cells

Wedge sockets, connections, integrated solution, annular, compression load cells, there is almost no limit for answering or solving your problem.

2) Electronic Load limiter :

Two type of electronic load limiters, connected to SENSY load cells (see below) are advised to guarantee both user and manufacturer of hoisting devices that the capacity of the limitation in relation to their lifting equipment will not be exceeded.The first type : The economic analogical version represented by the MARK "E" and BRIDGBOY, the second type, being the digital load limiter MARK"1", including the "COACH®" system, which is considered as the alter ego of the "black box" installed in aeroplanes.This intelligent data logger ("COACH®" ) ensures that the legal obligation to guarantee the safety of people and materials is met. It also ensures registration of all the activities related to the control and maintenance of hoisting devices as well as of the loading activities as executed to the installed crane or applied devices. Moreover, the "COACH®" is calculating the "FEM" classification and determining the "SWP" (safe working period) of the crane on which it is installed.

3) The displays :

A whole range of displays and options for crane-applications is available. Starting with a display of 14 mm height up to 300 mm. Don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions
